Premier Structures of New England is a company whose beginnings originated with the sale and construction of canvas covered structures for a wide variety of uses throughout Vermont. Following our ongoing sales and conscientious construction of buildings to new and sometimes repeat customers, we have been favored with a strong customer referral base. This success has enabled our recent expansion into Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Our projects start with a structure that is engineered to be among the strongest and of the highest quality in the industry. We will meet with you at your location and will work with you to identify the structure size, format and design that will work best for your intended application. Our folks will even work hand and hand with you to help navigate the hurdles of securing financing and engineering approval from your lending institution, if necessary, by providing all necessary specifications and information in a timely fashion.
You may wish to have us construct your building for you or you may choose to construct it yourself. It is your choice. Either way, we provide options that enable you to work within whatever budget you have. Unlike many organizations, our job does not stop with the sale. Our service continues throughout the construction process and ends only after you are enjoying the benefits of your new Premier Structure.

Our structures are real estate assets designed to increase the value of our client’s property. For these reasons, we only represent manufacturers of a high construction and engineering quality. As well, we construct every building with the same care and attention to detail that we would expect incorporated into our own buildings. Not only do we sell and construct these structures for others, we own and use these products ourselves.
Warranty Information
- 5 year warranty on steel parts in main structure against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
- 15 year pro-rated warranty on main cover tarp only. Color and 12 oz clear options may be available upon request.
Any building with fitted ends attached to the main cover such as Cabins, Run in Shelters or Calf Shelters, has a 5 year pro-rated warranty.
