Allied Gatorshield® Tubing
The cold forming and quenching process creates greater tensile and yield strength than competitive products. The tube is welded prior to the application of coatings thus the welded area is as protected from corrosion as the rest of the tube body. Gatorshield® tubing has an organic coating that prevents the growth of white rust.

ZRC - Zinc Rich Coating
Used on the welds of the Trussed Arched Buildings. Galvanic action protects the base steel. If the Galvilite is scratched, the zinc will form a hard insoluble barrier on the exposed area, continuing to protect the base steel.
